Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all remote employees of Xeo IT and outline the fundamental legal, ethical, and procedural standards of our company.

  1. Employment Contract
    • All employees are required to sign an employment contract, which will detail specific terms of employment, including roles and responsibilities, compensation, and other job-related matters.
  2. Probation Period
    • New employees might undergo a probationary period, the duration of which will be specified in the individual employment contract.
  3. Working Hours for Remote Jobs
    • Remote employees are required to work between 8 to 12 hours per day. The exact working hours are flexible, but employees must ensure they are available for core company activities, meetings, or collaborative tasks as required.
  4. Compensation
    • Salaries will be disbursed monthly. The details about compensation, bonuses, and any other forms of financial remuneration will be stated in the individual employment contract.
  5. Communication and Collaboration Tools
    • Employees must be proficient in using the company’s preferred communication and collaboration tools. Regular check-ins and updates are expected to maintain work quality and efficiency.
  6. Data Security and Confidentiality
    • All remote employees must ensure the safety and security of company data. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or dissemination of company information is strictly prohibited.
  7. Equipment and Software
    • Xeo IT will provide necessary equipment and software for remote work, or a stipend to cover such expenses. Employees are responsible for the maintenance and care of these tools.
  8. Performance Reviews
    • Periodic performance reviews will be conducted to ensure the continued suitability of the remote work arrangement and to discuss any feedback or improvements.
  9. Termination
    • Xeo IT reserves the right to terminate the employment contract under the circumstances stated in the individual employment contract. Both parties may also terminate the contract with prior notice, the duration of which will be specified in the individual agreement.
  10. Amendments
    • These terms and conditions may be reviewed and updated periodically. Employees will be notified of any significant changes.
  11. Governing Law
    • This agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of the jurisdiction in which Xeo IT is headquartered.

At any time, Xeo IT reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, employment policies, or any other company practices without prior notice to the employee. It is the responsibility of the employee to stay updated with any changes.
